How do you fish Karambwan on Runescape?

I'm currently doing Tai Bwo Wannai Trio, but when I try to fish the karambwan, it says the karambwan are not interested. How do I interest them?

You have to give a fully-loaded Karambwan vessel to the brother trying to find a way to catch Karambwan.

(Load the vessel with Karambwanji)

If you have not finished this quest, you can't fish your own.

click on fishing guide then go to catches then look for  it and underneith it tells ya =[)
