ok, i have a Hp Deskjet 3740 printer, and when i try to print something out, it doesn't print, like nothing happened!!!! and i try doing everything, and i even uninstall it and install it agen, and nothing happened!!!! >:[

so what do i do?? and then when i try printing agen, it saids the tri-color ink cartridge is wrong and it's not for the HP Deskjet 3740 printer. T__T''

so yeah, I NEED HELP BADD! I NEED TO PRINT MY HW OUT! BY TOMORROW!!!! pLEASE !!!! =[

  1. If use USB wire Change the wire also change USB port you are pluge printer in it.


  2. Do you have the correct ink cartridges in?  

    You should have HP 27 for black and HP 28 for color.

    If you do have the correct ink, try checking to make sure that you have this printer as your default printer.  If not nothing happens.

  3. make sure all the wires are connected

I don't have info on how to fix your printer, but if you can't fix it by tomorrow, what you can do is email your homework to yourself as an attachment.  Then when you go to school tomorrow, go to the computer lab or library, access your email and open the message you sent to yourself with your homework attached and print it out at school.  Good luck.
