How do you fix a blown Kicker CVR 15'' Subwoofer

it is sort of like it is frozen you can't move either side of the woofer

It cannot be fixed.  and you would be better off for time reasons to buy a new CVR

You would have to send it out to have it reconed. Either to kicker or to an authorized dealer.

It would be impossible to get it reconed, since you caused mechanical failure, most likely you pushed the sub beyond its limits and it literally tore itself apart, you cannot move it because the magnet's have broken apart and are pinching the voice coil.
