I removed bolt from rear shackle. Front bolt connected to frame was rusted to in the bushing. When trying to unscrew bolt, it would pull of the framing. Loosened the bushings but at the same time had broken the nut in the uni body. Now the bolt only rotates. Any suggestions on how to remove and replace with out cutting into the frame.

  1. Need welding job.

You supposed to use impact wrench to remove rusted bolt.

Get a electric impact wrench (250 ft lb, $40~60) if you don't have air compressor and impact socket set ($16) .

  2. NEVER JB WELD a chassis part. Use a impact. Or have some one who knows what they are doing do that part for you.

  3. You might be able to use JB Weld, but it would be best to let a body shop weld it back in
