Right now i am safe mode and it is doing everything i normally do on "regular mode" .

But when i am not on safe mode it loads as usual and then i try to click something and it will not let me click anything and nothing loads.

I can`t hit restart because it won`t let me click so i just press and hold the power button down until it turns off .

I have done this several times before and nothing changes .

My computer has no viruses and it is fairly new so i don`t know what is wrong with it , does anyone know what is wrong with it and how to fix it ?

  1. When selecting which mode to boot into during a "safe Mode" select "Last known good configuration"

  2. throw it out of the window, best thing to do to computers that dont work right

  3. It sounds like something that loads when your computer starts is messed up. If you have XP, in safe mode click Start, Run, and type "msconfig". If you have Vista, follow the instructions here: http://www.netsquirrel.com/msconfig/msco...

Try disabling some programs in "startup" and "services", and restart. Do this until your computer loads properly in normal (non-safe) mode. Then re-enable some of the things you have disabled to try to find the program/service which is causing the problem. It may take several tries, but this should find the program.

Also you could try removing any programs or drivers you have installed recently. One of these is likely to be causing the problem.

    I hope this helps!
