How do you fix a universal bottle holder to a bike?

i bought it from ebay, i haven't got a clue how to fix it!!!

You use an allen key to remove 1 or more screws from your frame, then use these to go through the holes in your bottle cage, and s***w back in.

some older bike frames dont have the screws or holes in the frame, but they make a little adapter that will attach it to the frame. i have seen them on nashbar.com before - look under 'bottles and cages' then 'accessories' - good luck hope it helps
