How do you fix the light, where you shift gears at on a 99 Nissan Altima?

The shifter is in the middle console, but the light is out, is it a fuse, and if so, where is it located on fuse box

Where the other fuses are, usually on the side of the dash when you open the drivers door, or on the underside of the dash on the drivers side. It could also be the light itself which means you have to remove the entire dash to replace it.

its not a fuse its the small bulb that's in it ,lift the cover off the console and replace the bulb,those blow out every so many years,its no big deal to do,good luck.
