How do you fix your brother?

When ever we eat out my brother talks really loud and he's gross too. One time we went to a fancy restaurant and he started to jump around saying "I'm a fancy chicken!!!" He got on the floor and started to BAACCKK like a chicken. It was so embarrising.

1. You need to seriously sit down with him at the best time when nothing is in the near future and have a talk with him.

2. He needs to know how to act in the enviroment that he is placed in!

When he does that again, don't laugh or react aggressively, just get the whole table fall silent and stare at him with an expression of disbelief (you probably won't have to do that delibrately...). And then say, you know you're making a total a** out of yourself, right?
