How do you flip on a trampoline and land on your bum or your feet

I used to be able to do it but im just worried if i will land on my neck or something and if it will hurt me. And can u give me a step by step instruction hw to do it

  2. Well you should jump 6 times then on ur 6th time u should curl urself into a ball and tilt forward then u should uncurl urself in a sitting position right before u land. Also a fun game to play on a trampoline is for someone to lay down on their back in the middle of the trampoline and then a couple people jump up and down around he or she and the person laying down gets 5 try's when in mid-air to get into a standing position and land on their feet on the trampoline.

  3. There are many different ways to learn a front flip on a trampoline. You could enroll for lessons at a local gymnastic school. There they have overhead safety belts that hang down from the ceiling. They can make new trampoline tricks less scary and easier to learn.

    If you want to try to teach yourself, this method might work.

    Pretend your trampoline is a floor mat and without bouncing try a front roll on the trampoline mat.

    Next try the same skill just ducking your head but without putting your hands down to the mat.

    Next try it with a small bounce so you flip a little in the air and land on your back or seat.

    Gradually bounce a little higher until you can front flip over on to your seat.

    Next bounce on your knees and flip over on to your seat..

    Next practice bouncing higher off your knees and flipping over faster until you can finally land on your feet instead of your seat.

    Finally after you can flip frontwards from your knees to your feet, have an adult stand at one end of your trampoline to spot you and try to flip from your feet and land on your feet.

    There are many other ways to learn a front flip but this way outlined above works for most people.

    BE CAREFUL! YOU CAN GET HURT TRYING A FRONT FLIP--ESPECIALLY IF YOU LAND ON YOUR HEAD OR NECK. That is why the best way to learn a front flip is to take lessons at your local gymnastics school. GOOD LUCK.

  4. elavate your right foot and step on the trampoline.

    elavate your left foot onto the trampoline .. BLA BLA BLA..

    Bend yur knee's and push off...how did you used to do it..? do it that way lol x or basically dont do it!! Lol!!

  5. well the same thing happened to me with a back hand spring. your best bet is to read my instructions and just do it. some things to keep in mind.

    1 get a lot of power in your jump

    2 dont be afraid to throw your head forward first in a quick spiral. (if you dont get enough forward thrust, you could break your neck)

    3 do the actual flip when you're high in the air so you have enough time to get your feet down and not bend your knees. (that helps you stick the landing)


  6. jump really high and then pull you body frontwards untill you all the way over

    if youre still scared try doing a tumble tuck on the floor first so you get the hang of it

    by the way this is a front flip, a backflip takes lots of practice and without it, you could seriously injure yourself

    so stick witha frontflip for now
