NEVER flirt with a teacher. You're compromising their job when you do this. You're also compromising your relationship with them. They might take offense to it because they might see you as sucking up. So you don't flirt with a teacher. Ever. You act yourself and know that anything more than student-teacher relationship is out of the question.

But you must first know if she is bi/les. So is she married? have a gf? find out.

Then you might want to read a lil article called the "art of seduction" by Robert Green I think. Wait, how old are you? And how old is she? If you are not EMOTIONALLY READY OR MATURE ENOUGH then you must just wait. (I had to grow up first before I became really close with this teacher I am head over heels in love with...though we dont have have a sexual relationship or anything the sexual tension is there) So you should do that first (if you feel that much for her) I would also never risk her career, you shouldnt either...BUT...there is no crime in flirtation. :)

4. make her feel like when she is talking to you she can let go (of being formal or ridgid or rule-abiding) talk about other things

5. be hot (yes, I know its hard when in a uniform well if you are but look s**y and she might scan you or something)

6. just brush her arm or touch her slightly

7. lower your voice when talking to her

theres so much more...but you must find if she has a weak spot for you, then you try and let her access those feelings.. try some of these and then you will know if she is attracted to you. You probably (like the sages who posted these other answers have said) wont have a real sexual relationship with her (well then is a maybe but on the whole I doubt it) but it could just be fun..so good luck. :)

Believe me, ive had a massive crush on my chem teacher

and in order to get him to like me (not sexually, but as a student)

i always do my chem homework, am always on time or early for class, put my hand up to answer questions when he asks and always be on the lookout for extra credit work :))

Be a good student, show up to class early, stay at least five minutes longer than the class.  Another great thing to do is to talk to the teacher privately, ask how you are doing in the class, tell them that you are working hard to get the best possible grade in the class and ask them what you would have to do to get that grade.  During all that keep good eye contact, and make sure you smile slightly when looking into their eyes.  The best way is when they are in front of you and you look into their eyes while keeping your head slightly lower, with your eyes looking up into theirs.  Always make sure your lips are shiny and smiling.
