  1. Take Lessons!

  2. float n your back or get a life vest

  3. You have to relax and trust you are going to float or you won't. If you are not relaxed then you will not float very well or at all.

Aside from fat on your body, which almost everyone has enough of to float in salt water. Floating in a pool is harder.

  4. Take lessons dude

  5. fat is less dense than water ergo float

  6. Your body always floats, whether your 400 pound or 120 pounds your body will always float, because of our body structure, maybe this information will be al ittle reassuring too you honey!

  7. u float on the surface my friend

  8. Just relax in the water you really don't have to do anything. I did not learn how to swim until I was 11 yrs old. My grandma took me to swimming lessons. It is really not that hard to swim at all. If you think you are going to sink you will. Be one with the water. You should take some swimming lessons, they really help :0) Good Luck

  9. well take swimming lessons, then! don't worry about age or anything. you can always get private lessons. or ask a friend or a parent to help you.

  10. deep and shallow water are the same as long as you cant touch the floor

  11. STEP1Take a nice deep breath and calmly lie on your back in the water.

Step2Tilt your head all the way back so your ears are just under the surface of the water.

Step3Spread your arms out to your sides like an airplane.

Step4Do a light flutter kick with your legs.

    Step5Relax.

    Step6Breathe normally.

The key to floating is to seriously RELAX!

  12. I, personally, don't know how you float.  I am on the swim team and I have taken tons of lessons.  I can sort of float.  I think it just takes practice.  I am getting better.  You know what your parents did in the water and held your back up?  Well, practice like that.  Have someone hold you up.  It helps and don't be ashamed of asking.  It is all for your better being.

  13. Just like you do in shallow water.

  14. First of all, I would NOT recommend venturing out into deep water if you can't swim. That's just asking for trouble.

Stick to shallower areas, where you can touch the bottom with your head above water.

Think about it: if you're trying to impress someone with your skills, and end up half-drowning or needing to be rescued, it's gonna look a lot worse than just saying, "Sorry, I can't swim!"

    Be careful, hope this helps!

  15. ok ddawg...BEst thing for u is the Marines http://www.marines.com/page/usmc.jsp?pag...

  17. aahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I hate swimming in deep water cause I am allways afraid that a shark or a sea monster will come up from the water and eat me!

  18. tread water or just take lessons.

  19. the same way you float in shallow water

  20. take swimming lessons

  21. fill your lungs with lots of air and relax

  22. Float on your back by leaning backward, letting your legs relax beneath you.  "Guide" yourself by slowly paddling with your arms.  If your arms tire, use your legs for awhile.  You can float like this for a long time.

  23. LESSONS! ♥

  24. kick ur feet and move ur hands slowly

  25. Take lessons or die! One of the tricks is to breath in deep to make you more buoyant. But unless you learn how to control your movement and breathing you will be in trouble so get some lessons.
