How do you float on top of the water on your back?

im a good swimmer but this is the oly thing i cant do...and give good detail for best answer

  1. lay on ur back breath in lower your head until ur forehead is in the water, raise ur stomach part high until u feel like u r not laying flat kinda like u have slanted a bit and thats all to  it, flip ur leg sharp and fast to move.

    watever u do, do not curve ur body so that ur tummy part is low raise it


  2. some people don't have to hold the breath  i don't and I'm 260pounds of muscle.  others no mater what they just sink like a stone.    but  yes just relaxing will allow you to float or sink. put out your arms and legs and there ya go

    It is very relaxing if you do it for a while.  :)

  3. Lay on your back, relax all of your muscles, take a deep breath in and hold it, the air in your luns gives you bouyancy.

  4. just relax, get on your back, and don't do any thing(practice in shallow water first)
