I'm just curious as to how you would forget someone that you would rather not remember. There is someone I know that every time I think about that person I feel anger, sadness, jealously, annoyed, etc. I'm looking for a few tips if you have any, thanks.

  1. You have unresolved issues with that person, it's important you deal with them to prevent you carrying the wounds from this relationship into any future relationships.  You need to talk this out with a friend who you admire for the way they conduct their relationships, or if you don't have someone like that then a counsellor.  Don't be fooled into thinking you can just forget, you may be able to bury this stuff for a while but it will resurface.   Plus the way you react in relationships right now will be affected by what's happened in this old relationship.

  2. Make as many changes in your life that you can, like new places, new activities, move if need bee, and start a life which is totally different and more exciting than what you had done with that other person.

The changes and new stuff will make that person much further into the past!

Try it! It works. It's like making a lot of time pass by in just a short time, and it's time that does it.

    Me! :- )
