How do you form a committee, we have the members and the aims etc of the group but what else is required?

A committee is formed by members of the club you run.

1 first propose a  member for the committee eg: position does not matter until you get 12 elected members or parents.

2 then have your first meeting to delegate position of each elected member and do take minutes of your meeting.
