glue the puzzle to cardboard and then frame it. i have done that may times and it works really well.

Make the puzzle on a thick cloth (they're different colors and are kind of fuzzy) and glue the pieces as you build it. When you're done you can decorate the outside.

They make a special glue that is applied to the back side. (You have to flip it over) You can buy it at any craft store.
