How do you freeze a snow cone without it hardening?

Lets say you had a snow cone, and you wanted to save it for later, you don't want to put it in the freezer because it will harden and no longer be shaved ice and if you put it in the fridge it will melt. how do you freeze a snow cone and keep it the way it was when you put it in there?

i'd stick a Popsicle stick in your snow cone, and stir it ever 8-11 minutes, until its good for you

They do it by keeping it at a cirtain temp and constantly stiring it so the ice doesnt stick together.... Your best bet is to put it in the freezer and just take it out and put it in the fridge every so often, and stir it....
