  1. Sweet corn is sold everywhere.    Husk, blanch in boiling water for ONE minute, put in freezer gallon bags and freeze.

I've been doing this for years.

  2. Shuck corn, making sure to remove as much of silk as possible.  Boil a large pot of water, add corn  & leave in for 2-3 minutes, remove immediately from water, put in ice cold water to stop cooking for 5 minujtes.  Drain, dry & put in zip lock bag or use a vacuum sealer if you have one.  Label bags & freeze.

  3. Well first it has to be dry, then put it into frezzer bags and place it in the freezer

  4. just blanch it in boiling water for one minute, then submerge it in ice water to stop the cooking process. the freeze it

  5. Shuck and silk corn, wash it. Then put in boiling water for about 5 min. (this is called blanching) Then immediately take corn out of boiling water and put in ice water in the sink. Let it cool all the way. Drain and then put in freezer bags and freeze. Keeps well for a year or two. Enjoy!

  6. Blanche it. Let it cool. Wipe off excess moisture. Wrap individually in plastic wrap. Store ears in a gallon sized ziplock bag.
