How do you freeze squash and zuccini?

It really doesn't freeze that well.  It just doesn't taste right.  Canning is really a much better option.  But if you must freeze it, cut it into thin slices, place in freezer bag and squeeze out all the air.

you can slice them and lay them on a baking sheet till froze then put them in a bag, or now i just slice and use a vacuum storage bag and freeze.
