How do you fully reset a CHRONOS IDOCK?

I have just moved to the netherlands from the uk and brought it with me it when i looked online and it said to hold the menu button for 3 seconds but it still hasnt helped i cant find any dab stations.... any one know how to do a full reset?

often pull the power for 3 Min's or more works.

you may NOT have any DAB stations within range as not every country has gone DAB some have gone to DAB2.

next check with your local radio services to see if  you are supposed to have any DAB signals.  

DAB signals are lower power than analogue ones and so only have a small range!
