if you dont care then you will be yourself and happy

The first thing is to realize that everybody is insecure to some degree. Sometimes a real genuine confidence has to be put on at first, but you grow into it with time. Without creating that space to grow, though, it's really tough to push through the insecurity.

Also, practice makes perfect. Spend a lot of time with people.
