im super skinny, 15 years old, and REALLY want bigger arms, legs, butt & b***s...weight gain tips please?

  1. most people want the opposite. why do you want to be fat + flabby? just work out and do a sport and you can get bigger in a good way.


  2. i sat around and did practically nothing for 2 months and gained 20lbs. just do that...the trouble is getting that 20lbs off...

  3. eat more carbs, and lift weights. dont run around a lot.  

  4. You don't, it's not healthy and it means your trying to be someone your not. Life weights, take care of yourself, and your body will develop fine. I was 6'2'' and weight 155 when I was your age, and always wanted to gain weight, now I am 50 pounds over weight and wish I had that problem.

It is not necessarly what you eat.  You have to try to over eat.  Which is a huge problem in this country, so I find it odd recommending someone to do so, but if you want to gain weight just eat more than what your stomach thinks it can handle.  But doing so you will expand your stomach and capacity for more food intake.  However, you should still continue to be active athletically otherwise you'll find that the weight will not be going to places you desire.  You may get larger b*****s regardless, but your butt won't necessarily get bigger.  Your stomach will be sure to get larger which I'm sure you won't want, so make sure you stay active.  It is really a pretty simple forumula.

  6. Drink ensure with your meals, increase your calories, stop exercising and eat late and go to bed after that. You will see pretty fast.

    Oh..................become less active.

  7. dont try to eat unhealthy no matter what. its really bad for you and you'll end up gaaining weight in places you dont want it, like your stomach. it will look awkward on you because you've gained so fast. if you want to gain weight naturally, and in the places you want it, eat how you do now, dont change your diet,  just eat a slight bit more of everything. for example: at dinner take a bigger portion.

    plus, look on the bright side you wont be super skinny forever. someday when you're in your thrities you may be trying to loose weight! so enjoy what you have!  would you rather be super skinny or super fat? i know what id pick!
