i have looked at my local red crosses but is that the only way?

  1. you could check with local hospitals.. some have heartsaver classes for the public. The American Heart Association and

    the Red Cross.


  2. Sometimes adult ed classes offer CPR training.

    Why do you not want to go to the REd Cross?  They have been doing it for years and yes they are well qualified to train.

  3. Also, some hospitals will allow non-employees to enroll in their BLS or ACLS classes for a fee, which is pretty much for sure going to be more than you would pay the Red Cross or the AHA.

  4. The American Heart Association also offers the class.
