Talk to the owner of the mansion on Route 212.  Every day he will say there is a certain Pokemon in the trophy garden behind the mansion.  Castform is one of those Pokemon that can appear there, but first he has to say it's there.  So start talking to him every day and eventually it should be there (But just for that day).

The alternate method is to migrate it from Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald.

There are two ways to get a castform on pokemon diamond

They are:

1. If you talk to a man on route 212 in that big mansion everyday, one day he will say "Yes i have castforms in my Trophy Garden".  There is a pretty small chance of finding it, but you can use a pokeradar to find the rare pokemon

2. Migrate from pokemon ruby, sapphire or emerald (if you have them).  You can get it just below Fortree Island, by going southwest.  You enter the lab and fight team magma or team aqua, and when you have defeated the boss of team aqua or team magma, someone will say thankyou, and you walk to where all the people are clustered, and you talk to the professor and he will give you a castform.  You need 5 pokemon in the party or else he will not give it to you, but you can just deposit a pokemon in the PC box on the floor below

Under Hearthhome city, there is a pokemon mansion.

you can talk to a man in a room on the right side of the mansion and he will say a pokemon was in his garden. You can catch it if he said there was a Casform. ps: You have to beat the pokemon league first.

I only know 2 ways to get castform. This one is the easiest :

1. Migrate from Pokemon Emerald/Ruby/Sapphire.

2. Everyday in the trophy garden, the "rare" pokemon is changed around. You talk to the owner of the pokemon mansion and he tells you what the rare pokemon is. Sometimes its a castform :P

okay, on the way/or after to fortress city or w.e. there is a weather place. they give u catsform for saving them.

How to migrate:

u need the national dex and the elite four beaten. then after u get that u can fly to pal park. u catch ur pokemon in there that u migrated.but u can only migrate once a day.
