How do you get Darkrai on Diamond and Pearl...???

my little bro wants all the legendary pokemon so any info on others would be great to...like arceus!!! but anyways, i need ot know how to get these pokemon WITHOUT ACTION REPLAY OR POKESAV OR ANYTHING THAT'S CHEATING!!!! i also need to figure out how to get the mystery gift and the azure flute. knowing how to get "shiny" pokemon would be nice too... :)
