How do you get Downloaded videos off internet explorer,and on to movie maker?

well I've downloaded a video clip off internet explorer and saved it into my downloads. But when i go onto windows moive maker and go on inport videos and click on my downloads and then i click onto the file and it wont inport into moive maker. A pop-up comes up and saids; this file could not be found. Verify that the file has not been deleted, renamed, or moved, and then try again. what shall I do???

You have to convert it to WMV first,

it will then load into the movie maker.

Try downloading it again and then as soon its finished,open the file.
