Question:

How do you get Drop Cookies to come out perfectly circular?

Is it even possible? I can only do that with cut out cookies.

  1. with drop bisquits and drop cookies you need your dough to be "runny" or not so thick.

    It won't be a perfect circle, but it will spread out as it cooks.

    Like my pancakes.  I noticed when I make them to dry they don't spread out and are not as circular.

  2. Pipe them with a pastry bag and very large tube. This is a professional secret. If you have nuts in them, then roll them into a long log about an inch to inch and a half thick and slice them with a very sharp knife. Another professional secret.

  3. You don't! Just try your best to put the dough in even scoops.  

  4. Use an ice cream scoop they make them in different sizes

  5. If you want them to be perfectly circular and uniform size, bake them in a cupcake/muffin tin. Obviously, it's going to take a long time if you're baking 12 at a time.
