How do you get Elmer's glue off a wall?

My daughter decided to glue Hannah Montana poster's & poster's made of construction paper on her wall with Elmer's glue.

Elmer's is water-soluable.  Get a wet sponge and hold it to the gluey spot for a few minutes (use HOT water) to loosen up the glue.  You will have to repeat and wipe gently to remove the glue without removing your paint.

Aw lol. You can get glue off easily if you freeze it off. You can get her to help you "clean up" by having her rub an ice cube over the glue until it flakes off.

You will probably have to sand it off and then repaint the wall.  If you wind up sanding a depression into the drywall you can use some joint compound to even it out before painting.

let it dry completely and sand it off, then repaint.  time out for the kid.
