Her hair is SO COOL! I really wanna have mine like that, because it makes her look so different and, well, I like being different!

If you mean like it was in St Trinian's, then you would have to bleach it blonde using peroxide, wait so long for it to form dreadlocks, then add pink!

...If you mean like she has it now, (which is undeniably nicer, I quite like it!) then turn your head upside down, backcomb using a rounded brush, add a lot of hairspray and scrunch your hair with your hands. Then use a large barreled curling iron to add extra curls, and perhaps add the odd plait here or there. :)

Opt for voluminous hairsprays, shampoos and conditioners!
