How do you get PVA Glue off a wall once it is dry?

Question

As we have tried to paint our walls and the pva glue just shines through so we are unsure of what to do to get it off.

Any advice out there would be great!

warm soapy water should work

sandpaper. Then paint

What u can do is to use something to dig it off the wall or peel it off or u can use hot water and a wash cloth to scrub it off.

tracing paper and rub over semi hot iron be  careful should peel off

a heatgun always works

Skim coat the wall with drywall mud to make it flat and prime with Kill premium.  If it is flat just try the Kills to block it.
