  1. You could take niacin pills and they usually clean out your system in a day.


  2. go to GNC and buy GOLDEN SEAL!!! take two a day for one week (ONLY ! WEEK A MONTH) and you "should" be clear in a week, depending on amount and quality in system. Heads up you will be peeing yellowish-green for a week...
