How do you get TM 57, Charge Beam and TM 65, Shadow Claw, in Pokemon D/P?

Gah, it's annoying me. I wanna teach it to my Magnezone very badly, but, I don't got a clue where the heck it is? And, I need to know where you get Shadow Claw to teach to my Salamence! All help is welcome! Please & thank you! :]
