How do you get a Flamethrower in GTA 4?

I haven't gotten very far in the game, so where exactly in the game would you get it or are there any cheats that could give it to you easily?

They tried to make Gta 4 a little more realistic so they only included the rpg and it is well hidden as are the assault rifles.

sorry , Amazingly Flamethrower don’t exist in GTA IV. Very disappointing for all GTA fans

tHERe is no flamethrower in gta 4 u just gonna have to use the rpg. :(

but in nov. they are gonna have an gts 4 update so they could possibly have one

I don't think there's a cheat for flamethrowers, or tanks or jets :-(
