How do you get a Spititomb on Pokemon Pearl?

I've Tried everything and cant find it anywhere. Help!

Go left of Hearthome City and there's a "hidden" Black Belt. Once you defeat him talk to him and he'll give you an Odd Keystone. Then go RIGHT of Hearthome City and put it in the crumbling tower. It now says: Hallowed Tower. After that, go under ground and talk to people (not the sphere guys) then go back up. Do this like 30-35 times. Then hit "A" right by the Hallowed Tower. Spritomb should appear.

Also, beat the elite four then get to Spritomb with Champion Cynthia. Go to GTS then trade for it.

Go to solacean or something and go south then west then talk to this guy hiding (kinda) he'll give you an odd keystone then go right in this little rock thing use the keystone (i think) then go underground and meet 32 people.then go back up spiritomb will be wild

Special: Use an Odd Keystone in the broken tower on Route 209, and then talk to 32 other players Underground (you can talk to the same person more than once, but you have to go inside of a base after each conversation or it won't count). Then, return to the broken tower and you'll be able to catch a Spiritomb.
