  1. Right now?  Yard sales only.  It is a rare 2006 halloween item.  It was given after trick or treating.  


  2. Go to Yard Sales, choose your neighborhood, and type in "Tentacle Bob" in the search box. [ Without the quotes! ]

    Lots of citizens may have it, but some have it cheaper than others. (:
