How do you get a Windows toolbar back ?

for some reason i lost the toolbar that says system task oter places and deatails. pleas helpp

Go to explorer and hit alt-v. Click on the toolbars and click on the toolbar that is missing.

It would help if the description you gave was a little more specific.
