  1. You don't. Bleach doesn't leave a "stain". It changes the molecular structure of the surface, causing it to reflect more colors. If a surface is brown, the molecular structure is such that it reflects the combination of light colors that make brown. The bleach then changes the molecular structure such that it now reflects all colors of light, so it appears white (white light is a combination of all colors).

The only way to fix it is to lightly sand off the old finish, restain the area with the correct color stain, and reseal the area. This might be better left up to a floor refinishing specialist.

  2. You can't! You will need to restain it. Match the stain and feather out the edgedes so it will blend in. Get a stain that is a stain and sealer like mimwax.

  3. If bleach has stained the floor, I suspect that the finish is about worn off the floor.  You may want to consider sanding the floor down to bare wood, re-staining with a stain you like and then refinishing with a good polyurethane finish.  You will love how much better your floor looks.

  4. I don't think you can... maybe you can buy some wood stain and put a few coats of stain on it.  Good luck!
