How do you get a college grant if your not 18? i can only get scholarships, but they don't help.

i graduated may 2008, and im turning 17 in 2 weeks, but no place will give me a college grant cuz im not 18. the scholarships dont help cuz they have nothing to do with pharmacy. does anyone know how i can get money besides working?
