  1. Splash alot of water in your eye n keep trying to move it..if you totaly cant get it out you get get little plunger like things to take it out.

  2. put eye drops in ur eyes

  3. go to an optician, doctor or hospital!

trying to get it out yourself could seriously damage your eye!

  4. If it's stuck in your eye it's because it's dry. You have to hydrate it before you take it out or you may end up doing serious damage to your eye.

Using your contact lens drops only, put a drop in each eye. Wait about 3 or 4 minutes. Blink normally. Put another drop in each eye. Repeat until you've put about 5 drops, and try to take the contacts out. If they are still stuck, keep adding drops and blinking normally.

  5. There are devices that are sold for this. I have gas permeable lenses and I use the lens remover for that type of lens when necessary. Make sure you apply some lubricant to the eye, move the lens to the side of the eye and then use the remover. That's what I do for hard gas permeable contacts. If you have soft contacts, follow the directions for those.

See links below for rigid gas permeable (RGB) remover and soft lens remover:
