How do you get a director 2 notice u (in a good way )?

My friends director is really strict . Shes trying to get a solo but can never seem 2 b noticed. How does she get noticed in a GOOD way. I reaaly want 2 help her. She's such an amazing singer, but is shy when it comes 2 standing out.

She must get over her stage fright first of all, you can help her with that. What sort of director do you mean? Try auditioning for things if she is into acting. If she is serious about this, she needs to research the career. Here are some websites you might try:
