How do you get a full scholarship to Brown University of Harvard College?

Okay...my top 2 college choices are Brown University and Harvard College...I've narrowed my top 3 down to Brown, Harvard, and even Columbia University. However, I was just wondering if there was any possible way I could get a scholarship there to study medicine???????
