  1. Well, you didn't bother to tell us where you are, which makes it harder to give you a specific answer to your question since the rules vary by country, and by state in the US and we can only guess where you are.  But the rules are similar enough to give you some basic answers.

Don't let the nay sayers discourage you, it is certainly possible to get a license to drive to and from work, and without an attorney.

Just go get insurance on your car, it will be high risk insurance of course since you don't have a license.  Then ask your agent to do an SR22 filing which will prove to the state that you do indeed now have insurance.  Armed with that, petition the court to allow you to have a restricted, to and from work only license because you can't make a living without it and your wife and children will starve because there is nno other way for you to get to work.

If the court buys that, they will prepare an order that you can have a restricted license, which you would take to the DMV to be issued a restricted license.

Very few who apply actually get the license, and if you live in an area where there is decent alternate transportation by bus, subway, train, whatever, they won't let you have it.  But give it a try, and good luck.

  2. It might be a little too late for this but i was in an accident and had no insurance....i was told by the cop who cited me as long as i get insurance before my court date it should be good...i got insurance before my court date and my license didnt get suspended....even if u dont have a car u can get the non owner's insurance...basically whoever car you drive they are covered....

  3. If I had a nickle for every grammar error I found in your question I could buy a gallon of gas.

The short answer is you don't. You got your license suspended because you broke the law (driving without insurance). The person who hit you may have been at fault for the accident, but you are the only person who can be blamed for your irresponsible act of driving without insurance.

  4. >>  ook my license how do I get a license to drive back and forth to work called a hardship

Basically checkout your state's DMV.  If you meet the requirements, then you can file for hardship license, and you will be given restricted HARDSHIP license.

    >> without and attorney?

It is very possible.  But looking at your question (and the way it was worded), you probably need some help (no offense).  If not a lawyer, then somebody who can help you write CLEARLY.

    Good luck...

P.S. Even with a hardship license, you still CANNOT drive any car that is not properly insured.

  5. To start with you will need to  have insurance for sure. I doubt if you will get a hard ship license they are really tight on them. You would definitely need a attorney.
