How do you get a high level in oblivion 4 360?

Quick and Easy way would be to focus on your major skills, but raising your level isn't the best way to play Oblivion. What you want to do is also work on you minor skills, that way, when you level up, your able to upgrade the main section that each skill falls under. Raising your level only makes the game harder, by the way.
