  1. Here is the most up to date audition information-

    http://www.disneyauditions.com

I can't speak for Walt Disney World but at Disneyland there is a cut for height and body type, dancing, improv, and finally an interview.

    Good luck!

  2. you can try being a college intern. it's what i did but i ended up at the hotels.

you have to have a certain height requirement and weight requirement so you fit the costumes and the heads will sit properly. don't get your hopes up unless you fit their requirements.

you can, however, be an intern. any height, weight, etc. can apply. but don't think you'll get some cushy office  job with the word 'intern' attached, you'll probably be working sales at a hotel or running a popcorn cart or something like that.

i actually worked at the contemporary resort in one of their shops. i knew what i was getting in to so i didn't expect a fantastic job.

i worked sometimes 7 day weeks with 14 hour days. no joke.

but, it's disney. i would go back in a heart beat.

so bottom line is, don't go into the thing having your heart set on just one job. keep your mind open and you'll have a blast. go as a college intern. you can look at local colleges and they will have recruitment usually during spring and summer.

    it's fun for sure!! :-)

  3. i got a pamphlet at my college. if you are a college student go to this website. www.disneycollegeprogram.com

it is for college credits and to be a character. it also provides careers in disney
