How do you get a job working on a cruise ship?

and how much does a waitress normally pay and what are the conditions for the job?

you can apply to the cruise line but be warned that most of the crew are foreign and the pay is low    if you are an entertainer .... singer....... band etc then they will ask for a tape or audition.        it isnt much fun and almost no time off      VERY cramped quaters   and long hours
