How do you get a judgment dragon in yu-gi-oh world championship 2008?

i really want a judgment dragon in my game but whenever i try to use the password thing it says all xxxxxxxx and says it is not on the card list or isnt available by the way i just got the game last week. if it comes in a certain pack please tell me which one and (how do you get new packs?) thank you and please answer whoever writes the answer most clearly will get best answer. :)

I'm really sorry, but "Judgment Dragon" isn't in WC08.

The game was created before Judgement Dragon ever existed, so the card is not in the game's data. Sorry.
