How do you get a letter of recommendation from your senator?

i am trying to get in navy academy and it will be easier for me if i have a letter of recommendation from my senator. i tried email and contact form already and still no reply back yet. any of you know how to go about getting one will be very greatly appreaciated. please help me i need this nomination.

  2. You need to contact their office and ask what the process is.  There will be a constituent services person who can help you.  Also, if you know anyone who has a connection to the senator (for example, a local politician), it might help to have them put in a word for you!  Good luck.
