  1. First, being a mom I always tell my children if you'd like me to consider something, talk to me in a respectful manner, state your request in as plain a manner as possible; meaning don't take me to China and back, do it without any unnecessary drama, and I will listen.

Than I add this very important disclaimer; do understand that just because a parent/me is willing to listen, that does not mean the parent/I will change our/my position on the issue at hand.

So how can you make her say yes? You can't, all you can do is ask her to listen to your concerns, and take it from there.

The outcome will most likely depend on your approach, and willingness to accept her answer even if you disagree.

    Blessing.

  2. Stop asking this question over and over again under different names. It takes a while to get answers in this section. Just deal with it!

  3. If you pester her the way you are pestering this group with the same question over and over, you'll hopefully get yourself  a suitable consequence. If your mom is anything like me and you pull on her what you are doing to the forum, she'll get mad enough to forbid you to bring it up again.
