  1. You have to go to your local PENNDOT (where ever you got your permit) and request for a new one. If you still have the other papers (Log book, the driving test info paper, etc...) they will prolly just give you a new one and youll have to pay for it. If not they should have your name in their database and theyll give you a new one, again youll prolly have to pay for it.

  2. Go to DMV and apply for a new one. They have all you info on record so you just pay a small replacement fee and they prink you out a new one.

In NJ the fee is $24.

  3. Check out the website below.    It has everything you need to get your replacement.  Good luck!

    Step 1:

    Complete Form DL-31 "Application to Add/Extend/Replace Non-Commercial Learner's Permit".

    Step 2:

Make a check or money order for appropriate fee made payable to Commonwealth of PA.

    Step 3:

Mail application and check or money order to: PennDOT, P.O. Box 68272, Harrisburg, PA 17106-8272, or you may visit a Driver License Center in-person to Add/Extend/Replace the Non-Commercial Learner's Permit. The Learner's Permit will be issued over the counter.

    Step 4:

If you process this transaction through the mail, a Learner's Permit will be received within seven to ten work days after processing.
