  1. You should have had one from your employer by 19 May this year.  Ring them to get on e if you didn't and then ring HMRC if they won't supply you with one. (HMRC will be interested to hear).

  2. Ring your local tax office. However i don`t think you get them if you have`nt worked in the last financial year...as they are normally provided via your employer

  3. You'll have to call the inland revenue and request one

  4. The P60 is provided by your employer and is a summary of your pay and tax deductions for the financial year. They have to issue it by law. If you didn't work at all during the year then you won't get or need one. If you did work some of the time then contact the employers you worked for last during the relevant year and ask for one. The Revenue will be able to provide advice but I don't think they will issue a P60.

  5. You get a P60 from your employer if you are employed at the end of the tax year. If youre not working, you would have a p45 from your last employment. You would have got a p60 in April if you were signing on. If you were not working and not signing on you wont get a p60 at all (cos there is no one to issue one) so your p45 will have to do for the last tax year.

  6. You have to be working for an employer at 5th April to get a P60. All other advice apart from Jeans & SiDs is nonsense. For a start the tax office charging for paperwork is absolute rubbish, secondly even if you were working at 5th April and you lost your P60 the tax office dont issue P60's under any circumstances WHATSOEVER! they can issue a 'statement of earnings' showing any earnings and deductions you had during that tax year. To be honest if you were'nt working during the year you wont get a P60. There would be no point in having one anyway it has no relevance to you the point behind the form is to give you a record of earnings, tax and National Insurance but there is nothing to show in your case. dont worry about it you dont need one every year ...

You don't get one if you did not work in that tax year at all or get paid any benefit by DWP.
