How do you get a part on home and away?

Question

I am currently living in the uk studying at university, but next year will be moving to Australia where i would like to get a part in home and away. I feel that i have taken the wrong turn in my life and want to pursue what i would love to do instead of doing something that i only think i should be doing.

I have done plays and Theatre studies before in secondary school and sixth form. So if anybody could give me some information on this matter that would be great thanks. x x

I would imagine as long as you cant act and are prepared to do any silly thing asked of you then you will have a good chance of getting a part in what has to one of the worst progs. on the telly.

i would imagine that they would hold audition every once in a while.

look up the website on the internet.

maybe they will have a contact page with thier details or even a comments page.

what you SHOULDN'T do is turn up on the set. it'll just p**s them off and think you have no respect.
